Initiate Your Request

Log into your Baya account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack with Care

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile components are protected and the Return Authorization is included inside.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
